Pre-Sales Executive
Job Description
Position: Pre-Sales Executive
Location: Chennai Office / Work From Home
Employment Type: Full Time
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales pipeline for software products and related services. You will be the first point of contact for prospects — researching leads, crafting outreach content, running email campaigns, and nurturing prospects all the way to a confirmed demo appointment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects (insurance brokers, NBFCs, and similar segments) and build targeted contact lists
- Prepare compelling outreach content — emails, one-pagers, and capability decks — tailored to prospect profiles
- Execute and manage email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Follow up persistently with prospects via email and calls to drive demo date acceptance
- Coordinate with the sales/solutions team to schedule and confirm product demonstrations
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, prospect research, and personalisation at scale
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline movement in the CRM
- Prepare and share regular management reports on campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and demo pipeline
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or business development in a B2B software environment. Beginners are welcome too. They will be hired as iterns and trained for the job on a 'hands on basis'
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to craft crisp, professional outreach content
- Hands-on experience with email campaign tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, Apollo, Lemlist, or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content generation and research tasks
- Comfortable with CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Highly organised, self-driven, and capable of managing follow-up cycles independently
- Ability to work from home with discipline, or from our Chennai office as required
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to BFSI (insurance / lending / NBFC) domain
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and social selling
- Basic understanding of APIs, SaaS products, or data services

React Developer
Education: Engineering Graduate (CS , IT).
Softskill knowledge required:
- React.js
- Next.js and Redux
- TypeScript and TailwindCSS
Experience: 2.5-5 years
Requirements:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, Redux, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
- Should be able to optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Work with designers to implement UI/UX best practices.
- Should be good in responsive design using style sheets
- Should be able to integrate RESTful APIs endpoints.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand.

Technical Lead
Education: Engineering Graduate (CS , IT).

Experience: 5 to 7 years of solid experience with at least 5+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Lead Developer role, preferably within the FinTech domain.
Requirements:
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to a team of backend and frontend developers.
- Involve in the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and highly available architectures leveraging Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture principles.
- Should be hands on, contribute significantly to the codebase, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Node.js for backend services

- Drive the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices, including setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Should possess strong knowledge in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, ensuring scalable and resilient deployments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure with practical experience deploying and managing applications.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability, low latency, and optimal performance.
- Implement the best practices in software development, including OOPS, Architecture Patterns, Design Patterns, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration.
- Collaborate closely with development team, UI/UX Designer, QA Engineer, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
